At the present stage, there are only F3 and F4 house types, and the contract construction scope covers small town turnkey projects such as residence, homestead construction, municipal water and electricity, road and bridge supporting facilities, and part of greening. The project team carefully analyzed the project background and contract conditions, implemented fine management of social housing projects for two consecutive years, and innovated the management mode of experimental small area on this basis, and finally completed the project in strict accordance with the contract and achieved good profits.

3、 Reward and punishment of completion assessment
After the completion of the project, according to the completion of the three indicators of labor cost, material loss rate and construction period plan of each area, the labor cost and material cost of the area with cost saving will be rewarded in appropriate proportion; The area exceeding the target cost shall be punished in the same proportion, and the fine shall be deducted from the risk mortgage.
