How to build the tallest building in Africa in the desert of Egypt?

The CBD project in the new capital is built by Chinese buildings. It is planned to build 20 high-rise buildings, such as office buildings, hotels and apartments, and supporting municipal facilities on the land of about 505,000 square meters with a total building area of 1.7 million square meters.At present, most of the high-rise main structure construction of the project is coming to the end, and there are 10 high-rise office buildings with main building roof covers.
